1.Eligibility and Acceptance
Any use of Visa or Mastercard logos or branding on the Platform follows the official brand guidelines. Display of these marks does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly noted.
All payments made with cards are subject to the rules and regulations established by the relevant card networks.
User Responsibilities
●Provide a valid Steam trade URL.
●Ensure Steam Guard or Mobile Authenticator is enabled where required.
●Maintain a trade-eligible Steam account without bans, holds, or restrictive settings.
Accurate payout information is required; identity or compliance checks may apply.
Payouts are processed through authorised providers and usually completed within 3–7 business days following verification.
Payout requests are subject to minimum (€10) and maximum (€5,000) thresholds, which may be modified at our discretion.
Payouts may be reversed in cases of failed delivery, invalid items, or fraud.
Payouts may be declined due to compliance concerns, unsupported methods, exceeded limits, or jurisdictional restrictions.

Withdrawals and payouts are available only in jurisdictions where such transactions are permitted by applicable laws and supported by our payment providers, including:

To comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, the Company may require users to verify their identity before processing any payouts.
Users must provide accurate and complete information, including personal details and government-issued identification documents. The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse payouts until verification is successfully completed.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted to info@ruststation.org and will be addressed within 14 business days. UK and EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
